The Good News Regarding Jesus Christ

God desires to have a relationship with us. We all have sin. Sin separates us from God.

God has provided a way that our sin nature may be forgiven, and thus bring us into a relationship with Him. He gave His only Son.

Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God. He received the penalty of our sin. The Bible says that the wages of sin is death. Jesus took our sins upon himself when He died on the cross.

Not only did Jesus die, but He also was raised back to life, defeating death.

By believing that Jesus is the Son of God and was raised from the dead, by turning from our sins and turning to God, and by asking Jesus to be your Savior and Lord, the Bible tells us that we receive God's free gift of eternal life. We receive forgiveness of sin. We enter into a relationship with God. We have a promised home in heaven.

Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Savior? If today was your last, would you know for sure that you would be in heaven with God?

The Bible tells us that whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Call on Him today.
God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us. (Romans 5.8)
